Child Protection Policy

CSNR is committed to promote awareness among people on the rights of the individual and rights of the children and fundamental duty of every individual to safeguard life and dignity of the children. Gender Policy

CSNR has always remained insightful and sensitive to the gender issues. Supreme Court’s guidelines in this matter are adhered and practised with austerity and seriousness. CSNR maintains an approved gender policy, which are obligatory and implemented at all level. The policy upholds rights and safety for all female employed by the organization. Gender sensitive working culture is maintained and practised in the workplace; utmost priority is given to gender sensitive communication, behaviour and gesture while during the working hours.
